BOSTON -- A new report on the alarming teen pregnancy rate at Gloucester High School alleges that many of the young women at the school planned their pregnancies. An article in Time Magazine reveals that half of the girls who are expecting children confessed to making a pact to get pregnant and raise their babies together. Seventeen girls at the 1,200-student Gloucester High have gotten pregnant over the school year. That's four times the average rate.
