Officials said Linda Snow and Mark Zimmerman rent the Thayer Circle ranch.

Rescuers said conditions inside the home were extremely unsanitary. Smalley said a team of veterinarians examined the dogs before they were removed by the property, and some were taken by ambulance for emergency care at local animal hospitals.

It's unclear if criminal charges will be filed.
