Shooting Victim, 20, Dies

Shooting Is City's 24th Homicide Of Year

A 20-year-old Boston man died Wednesday after he was shot in the city's Dorchester neighborhood.

Boston police said they received a call about a shooting at 243 Bowdoin St. Wednesday afternoon and found a man with gunshot wounds.

The man was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Wednesday's fatal shooting is the city's 24th homicide of the year.
