Woman In Sandra Bullock Crash Pleads Guilty

BOSTON -- A Gloucester woman whose car struck actress Sandra Bullock's sport utility vehicle last month pleaded guilty Tuesday to operating under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation.PhotosLucile Gatchell, 64, was put on probation for one year. She must enter and complete an alcohol safety program and pay all associated fines and fees. She will also lose her license for 60 days.Gatchell admitted that at about 9:50 p.m. on Friday, April 18, she was behind the wheel of her vehicle when it crossed the center line on East Main Street in Gloucester and struck Bullock's vehicle.Bullock was shooting the movie "The Proposal" in Rockport, Mass. The film also stars Ryan Reynolds, Mary Steenburgen and Craig T. Nelson.Neither Bullock nor her husband, Jesse James, or their driver was injured. Gatchell also escaped injury.
