WHITMAN, Mass. -- A man was found dead in Hobart’s Pond Sunday, police said.The Brockton Enterprise reported police received a report from witnesses Saturday evening, saying a man had been swimming and didn’t surface.The Plymouth County Dive Team found the body hours later.Police told the Enterprise a person’s clothes and a backpack with alcohol in it were found nearby.
