An argument between Red Sox fans and a Yankee fan may have been the motive for a deadly encounter in New Hampshire over the weekend, police said.

Authorities charged Ivonne Hernandez, 43, of Nashua, in connection with the accident that left two men injured early Friday morning.

One of those men, Matthew Beaudoin, 29, of Nashua, later died.

Hernandez was charged with reckless conduct and aggravated drunk driving and was scheduled to face a judge Monday.

The Nashua Telegraph reported that the victims were harassing Hernandez over a Yankees bumper sticker on her car.
