Boy, 13, Shot In South End

Injuries Not Life-Threatening

A boy was shot overnight in the South End, Boston police said.

The 13-year-old was hit in the groin and was found on a Washington Street sidewalk.

He was taken to Boston Medical Center.

EMT's said his injuries are not life threatening.

There was no word on what prompted the shooting or whether any arrests were made.
