Downed electrical wires created a morning commute headache early Wednesday in Arlington.

Authorities said the wires fell on a bus on Orvis Road near the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Route 16, prompting road closures and detours.

No one was reported injured in the incident.

It was unclear what caused the wires to come down.

Detours were put in place and motorists heading eastbound were advised to seek alternate routes.
