WHITMAN, Mass. -- Two people were injured while stepping off a commuter rail train, according to the MBTA.

They reportedly missed their stop and tried to get off as the train was moving.

Whitman police said the two were hurt at the South Avenue stop on the Plymouth line, in Whitman.

At least one person is being transported by MedFlight for medical attention.
