Actor Matthew McConaughey is shooting a movie in Massachusetts.

NewsCenter 5's Rhondella Richardson reported that McConaughey was in Needham Tuesday to shoot "The Ghosts of Girlfriends Past," which is set to hit theaters in about one year.

"We saw him coming out through the basement," said 9-year-old Jarrett Hurwitz.

The crew is shooting a scene at 60 Wildwood Dr.

"It's about a guy who goes back in time and looks at (past) girlfriends," movie extra Devin Escobar said.

"The scene is basically a dancing scene -- so they have a lot of kids. They have cups with drinks in them, and you know, it's like a party," neighbor Leigh Barker said.

"We saw him, and he talked to us. It was so exciting, but he didn’t have his shirt off," neighbor Fawn Hurwitz said. "He has a good body."

The movie will be filmed entirely in the Bay State.
