Police Report Assault On Woman In North End

Residents Cautioned After Attack

Boston police are cautioning women to be on alert after an alleged assault in the North End.

The female victim said a man grabbed and sexually assaulted her Monday just before 8 a.m. near Charter Street.

The police released a sketch with a description of the suspect.

He is described as a light-skinned Hispanic man about 6 feet tall, with short hair and a medium build and is probably between 25 and 30 years old.
