We all know how difficult and nerve-racking it can be to pick someone up at Logan International Airport. You have to time it perfectly or you end up doing loop after loop around the airport.

After years of requests, Logan this week will open its first "cellphone parking lot."

There a driver can wait for the call from a passenger who has made it through the terminal and is ready to be picked up.

Chicago, Denver and Philadelphia already have lots like this.

Logan has wanted to do it for a while now, but didn't have the space.

All of the recent construction has made room, according to the Boston Globe.
