2007 BOSTON -- An Acton man is facing charges for three armed robberies over the past month and police believe he may have used a plastic gun to frighten his victims.Joseph Giaquinto, 28, was arrested on Monday.Giaquinto will be arraigned in Lowell District Court on charges of robbing a tanning salon on Saturday.Wilmington police said he robbed an AL Prime gas station last week. Giaquinto is also accused of robbing a Subway sandwich shop in North Reading earlier this month.Police said they recovered a plastic gun in Billerica that they believe he may have used during the robberies.
