Realtor Ruth Pino says it best; her hometown is either on the brink of disaster, or the brink of something great.

Tonight, Ted Reinstein visits a city in transition, moving from an historic fishing port to something else. Will it become more of a tourist attraction, thanks to a cruiseport under construction? Or will it become a Hamptons North, with only the rich able to afford its rising real estate prices?

Ted also meets some of Gloucester’s newest inhabitants, including Ned Hand, who retails gourmet food from a mobile store, and Joe Borge proprietor of the Lone Gull coffeehouse.
