Officers Respond To 911 Call

QUINCY, Mass. -- Quincy police shot an unidentified man at a house on Grandview Avenue in Quincy early Tuesday morning after receiving a 911 call to the residence.NewsCenter 5's Jack Harper reported that the police answered the call about 10 a.m. and were confronted by a man with a knife in the back of the house.According to the Norfolk County District Attorney's office, the man was shot by police. He was taken, alive, to a local hospital where he later died, the police chief told NewsCenter 5.
