LOS ANGELES -- A man accused of sex crimes against children, one of the FBI's "Ten Most Wanted" fugitives, is in custody in Canada.
Richard Goldberg, 61, was arrested in Montreal Saturday at an address provided by a tipster who recognized the fugitive from the FBI's Web site. Authorities in Long Beach, Calif., said Goldberg engaged in sexual acts with several female children under the age of 10 in 2001. He also allegedly produced images of the sex acts, which were later found on his computer. Goldberg is being held by Canadian authorities for violating Canadian immigration laws and is scheduled to be in court Monday. After that, he'll probably be extradited to the United States to face a number of state and federal charges.
