BOSTON -- Lawyers for accused killer Neil Entwistle will be in court Monday arguing that it was unconstitutional for police to twice search Entwistle's Hopkinton, Mass., home after his wife and baby daughter were found dead there. Officers and chiefs from several area towns have defended the search. Hopkinton investigators searched the home after finding the bodies of Entwistle's wife, Rachel and their 9-month-old daughter, Lillian in January of 2006. The search started as a well-being check on the family.
