The man accused of killing his family in a rented home wants his last month's rent and security deposit back, according to the Boston Herald.

Court papers show Neil Entwistle made a call two months ago asking for the return of the security deposit and last month's rent he paid on the Hopkinton home, where his wife and baby were found dead.

Entwistle is accused of shooting them to death.

The Herald reported that the information was part of a court filing made to dismiss Entwistle's motion to suppress evidence collected after the bodies were discovered.
