A police officer in San Diego reported last week that he thought he saw mobster James "Whitey" Bulger leaving a movie theater after seeing the mob movie 'The Departed.'

Now a San Diego TV station has reported that the FBI has seized surveillance video from that theatre and the mall nearby.

Sources who viewed the surveillance tape told the TV station that one FBI agent remarked aloud: "That's him!" when the suspect appeared in the video.

Until this point, the FBI doubted the credibility of this Bulger sighting.
