A New England Patriots football fan who traveled to Buffalo for last week's game said he's lucky to be alive after being attacked outside the Bills' Stadium.

Barry Donaghey was wearing a Pats jacket while tailgating in the parking lot with his pregnant wife.

He said some drunken Bills fans began throwing rocks at him, punching and kicking him. One even threw a chair at him.

Donaghey said he suffered a broken hand and a shattered finger.
