Construction Worker Killed In Accident

State, Federal Investigators Probing Incident

Newton Police said a 24-year-old construction worker died in a construction accident at the Chestnut Hill Mall Monday morning.

Officers said the man, identified as Joshua Raskett, of 5 Shady Lane, Shrewsbury, was killed in an industrical accident at the Boylston Street mall. They did not release the specifics of the accident.

The Department of Labor and the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration was investigating the cause and circumstances surrounding the accident.
