Spurs' Parker, Duncan To Sit

POSTED: 7:06 pm EST November 9, 2009

(Sports Network) - San Antonio's Tony Parker and Tim Duncan will not play Monday against Toronto because of ankle injuries.

Parker rolled his ankle in the second quarter of Friday's loss to Portland and left the game without returning. X-rays were negative, but the left ankle sprain will force him to the bench.

Duncan will sit with swelling in his left ankle, though an MRI exam revealed no structural damage.

Both players will be listed as day-to-day following Monday's game.
