President Obama to Announce Environmental Policy

Today President Barack Obama is expected to announce a new environmental policy which would allow states to set their own emissions standards and call for tougher fuel efficency standards. This week, he will continue to lobby for Republican support for his economic recovery package.

US Contributes To China's Pollution

A look at China's carbon footprint shows that exports to the U.S. create a lot of pollution.
