BOSTON -- A passenger on a Logan International Airport-bound flight is facing charges after he was accused of lighting a match onboard the plane.The passenger, Paul Prater, 50, of Sanford, Maine, said that the incident that happened on a US Airways flight from Washington-Dulles was an accident.A small fire started, but he was able to put it out.Police determined it was not a criminal act, but he was arrested on an outstanding warrant for identity fraud.
