BOSTON -- For the second year in a row, New Hampshire has been named the most livable state in the country.

The ranking comes from Morgan Quitno Press

The group said New Hampshire's low unemployment, crime and well-educated population made it tops.

Following New Hampshire, Minnesota and Vermont rounded out the top three.

Massachusetts was ranked seventh, up from 16th the previous year.

Coming in 50th? Mississippi.
