The Boston Globe's days are numbered, according a new report.

The Web site 24/7 Wall Street placed the paper fifth among the nation's top 10 most endangered newspapers.

The report blamed a drop in ad revenue as the paper's chief problem. Based on several accounts, the Globe is losing $1 million a week and an investment bank recently said that the paper is only worth $20 million, the Web site said.

Other papers on the endangered list include: the Philadelphia Daily News, the Minneapolis Star Tribune, the Miami Herald, the Detroit News, the San Francisco Chronicle, the Chicago Sun Times, the New York Daily News, the Fort Worth Star Telegram and the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

The Boston Herald, the Hub's other daily newspaper, did not make the list.
