NewsCenter 5's Healthbeat will revive its successful Heart of a Woman Campaign, bringing you stories all month that focus on women and heart disease.

The reports will include important information every woman should know, such as the symptoms of heart attack, how to calculate your risk of heart disease and how other health problems like diabetes and obesity increase that risk.

We'll also talk about prevention -- from diet to medications.

Other organizations are also launching campaigns in February to increase awareness about this serious health problem. Those efforts include educational events, materials and free heart health screenings.
