Apparently, there is a bit of a disagreement in the entertainment world about the word "exclusive."

Despite the fact that magazines worldwide have paid millions for "exclusive" rights to publish the first pictures of Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt, one picture of the new baby was leaked online Tuesday.

The leaked photo was a cover shot for British-based gossip magazine Hello! The issue featuring the photo goes on sale in the U.K. on Thursday. The picture was reportedly posted on the Hello! Web site Tuesday, before it was quickly removed.

The photo shows the baby Jolie-Pitt asleep on a blanket, with mom and dad hovering on either side.

According to the NY Post, People Magazine reportedly paid more than $4 million for exclusive North American rights to photos of the baby. Those pictures will appear in the upcoming issue, which hits newsstands on Friday.

Jolie and Pitt had previously announced they had signed a deal with photo agency Getty Images, which would market the rights to photos of themselves and their new baby.

Proceeds of the sales will go to several charities.
