It may be that if you're in the limelight all the time, the way New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and superstar model Gisele Bundchen are, you want quiet. You like low-key.

At least, from the sound of it, that's what the glamorous pair were shooting for when they wed in a quiet church ceremony in Los Angeles earlier this year.

In a recent interview with GQ Magazine, Brady said the couple planned their nuptials in about 10 days after becoming engaged last January. He said they opted to have only their parents and the young son, Jack, who he had with actress Bridget Moynahan, at the small church ceremony at St. Monica's church on Feb. 26.

Afterward, the power couple went back home where Brady grilled steak strips and they had champagne and cake.

It was a great night," Brady told the magazine. "I think you always have this idea that weddings need to be 200 people and you invite everybody, and I'm all for it if people want to do that, but I think there was really something special about just having our parents there."

A later April reception at Bundchen's Costa Rican estate was more lavish, but Brady said the important thing about a wedding is that "the day's for you."

The quarterback, 32, who is expecting another child with Bundchen in December, said it's hard to find time to spend with his bride during the football season, and admitted that after a game loss like he experienced against the Indianapolis Colts, he remains a bit preoccupied for several days after.
