BOSTON -- Two photographers who claim they were shot at when they tried to photograph Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's wedding to supermodel Gisele Bundchen last spring are now suing the glamorous couple in federal court for $1 million in damages. The photographers, Yuri Cortez and Rolando Aviles, claim they had permission to photograph the wedding taking place at Gisele's Costa Rican estate from a nearby property. When they began taking pictures, however, they said Brady's guards demanded their cameras and memory cards, reported the entertainment Web site TMZ.One said in the suit filed in New York's federal district court, that the guards eventually released him so that he could pick up the other photographer, who had fled, on the condition they return to the Mal Pais residence. The photographer said in the lawsuit that they tried to speed away instead and that's when the body guards fired shots at them, shattering the rear window in their SUV, the bullets narrowly missing their heads.Their lawsuit claims the Bradys were negligent in hiring and training the security guards.
