The half-brother of Hollywood comedian Dane Cook is facing a slew of additional charges following his arrest for allegedly stealing millions from Cook while acting as the entertainer's business manager for close to 20 years.

A Middlesex County grand jury returned 20 more charges against Darryl McCauley, 43, of Wilmington, Mass., who authorities said stole at least $11 million from the star of such movies as "Employee of the Month," and "Good Luck Chuck."

The Middlesex District Attorney's Office said McCauley, who was married to Cook's sister Erika, 37, acted as Cook's business manager and bookkeeper from the early 1990s and paid Cook's bills and managed his income.

In March 2009, McCauley was indicted in connection with allegedly stealing millions of dollars from Cook’s business accounts by transferring those funds to his own personal accounts, and in one instance, forging a $3 million dollar check written from his Cook’s account to himself, the district attorney said.

The new charges allege that McCauley, without the knowledge or consent of Cook or Great Dane Enterprises (GDE), Cook’s corporation, wrote company checks to himself, deposited those checks in a joint account in the name of himself and his wife Erika McCauley, then withdrew and used the money for their own personal use.

In one instance, investigators said, some of the money was allegedly taken from the company’s account in the form of a cashiers’ check, which was then cashed by Darryl McCauley.

Authorities further allege that money was transferred directly from GDE to the home mortgage company to pay for a mortgage held by McCauley.

Erika McCauley was arrested and arraigned in connection with her involvement with the alleged thefts in June. She pleaded not guilty at her arraignment.

Darryl McCauley was arrested last December and arraigned in Woburn District Court, where he also pleaded not guilty.
