The economy may be tanking but you wouldn't know it from the offerings in this year's Neiman Marcus Christmas Book.

From high-end cars to custom sculptures, this year's selection is full of fantasy gifts. The most expensive item this year is the Three Chimneys Thoroughbred Racing Package, which is priced at $10 million.

Some of this year's other extravagant gifts include life-sized his and hers Lego Sculptures -- custom built with more than 1.5 million bricks. Just send in a photo of you and your significant other plus $60,000.

If golf is your thing, how about a backyard course designed by Jack Nicklaus. The plans alone cost $110,000. Construction and site preparation costs are extra.

Fantasy gifts, along with life-time memories, are also for sale, including a platinum wedding at an exclusive beach side resort. The turnkey wedding includes a custom-designed dress by Carolina Herrera, up to 40 private ocean-view guest villas and all the other wedding must-haves. The wedding destination packages are all customized -- one size or price will not fit all, so the starting price is $1.3 million.

The Christmas Book started in 1915 as a holiday card to the store's best customers. By 1926, it was a 16-page booklet that kicked off the annual tradition.

Each year, the store selects the fantasy gifts from the thousands of suggestions it receives from customers around the world.
