It's Oh-fficial: Sandra Oh is single.
In the eyes of the IRS, the "Grey's Anatomy" star and "Sideways" director Alexander Payne will start the new year as singletons.
TMZ has a copy of their divorce decree, which was entered Dec. 21 in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
While Oh and Payne still have some issues to deal with, the decree allows each of them to file tax returns as a single person. The papers said that the pair still needed to come to an agreement on six money matters, including pension and retirement funds.
They were married in 2003 and Oh filed for divorce in April 2005. Court records show that Oh was asking for spousal support. The couple have no children.
Oh and Payne worked together on "Sideways." Payne, co-wrote and directed "Sideways," which starred Oh, Paul Giamatti, Thomas Haden Church and Virginia Madsen.
Payne and Jim Taylor won a Best Adapted Screenplay Oscar for the film. He also co-wrote and directed the films "Election" and "About Schmidt."
Oh's film credits include "The Princess Diaries," "Big Fat Liar" and "Under the Tuscan Sun."
