BOSTON -- While many students will spend big bucks on an apartment in Boston, a few students are making money on finding apartments for fellow students.NewsCenter 5's Randy Price reported that on a quiet little back street in Brighton is the Hodara Real Estate group that claims to be "America's only student-owned and operated real estate agency.""We just got four Groupon leads -- Internet referrals -- and word of mouth have already produced revenue of around $100,000," Alex Hodara said.They have 1,000 apartment listings right now, and the licensed real estate agents are all students.Boston University business senior Alex Hodara has been focused on building the business that caters to the needs of students."Everyone who works here is in college," he said. "I hope that they can move on from here and find a job."
