The winning design will be printed on a T-shirt."That T-shirt will then be sold at local Boston stores. The proceeds are given right back to the art program," said Ben Saren, CEO of Citysquares.Saren got the idea after putting a paper cutter on craigslist.org."I got the attention of an East Boston art teacher who showed up with a caravan. Her and husband showed up and opened the back, and it was loaded with art supplies and stuff," Saren said.Art teacher Rose Coyle said that she is always hunting down free stuff. The winning student design will go on exhibit on June 5. The T-shirts will go on sale in South End stores.
