Residents in Thailand's six southern provinces are being warned to brace themselves for more flash flooding. As high pressure over China pushes a weather front through the Gulf of Thailand, heavy rainfall has been forecast for the affected area throughout the week until Friday. Many areas of southern Thailand are already grappling with flooding after being lashed by storms last week. The flooding led to a wave of conjunctivitis, more commonly known as pink eye infections.More than 900 people reportedly contracted the eye conditions recently.
