The 7th annual NSTAR’s Walk for Children’s Hospital Boston is Sunday, June 14 at the DCR Hatch Shell in Boston. It benefits Children’s Hospital Boston. WCVB-TV's Heather Unruh will emcee.

Children’s Hospital Boston cares for a half a million children every year. Cuts in government funding and partial insurance reimbursements have made it harder for Children’s Hospital to cover treatment costs and find cures. For the past six years, people interested in supporting their work to care for sick and injured children have walked to raise money for Children’s Hospital Boston. Last June, 4,000 men, women, and children took to the paths along the Boston Esplanade and raised $1.3 million.
