We'll talk with Toronto Blue Jays slugger Carlos Delgado, who funds a unique telemedicine project connecting doctors in his native Puerto Rico with experts at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Also, physically disabled sports enthusiasts enjoy sailing, kayaking and more, thanks to Access Sports America. Plus, platelet donors give the gift of life, and laughter is the medicine dispensed by Jeannie Lindheim's Hospital Clown Troupe.
