Funky shops, ethnic restaurants, street life – there's no place like Harvard Square. But we're not going there tonight. Instead, we're going to Noha: North of Harvard Square. Ted Reinstein finds plenty to do on the upper end of Mass Ave, from browsing through the kind of independent shops that got priced out of the Square, to sampling pubs and restaurants that are a taste of old time Cambridge. Plus, he discovers why Tip O'Neill might find it hard to recognize his old neighborhood.
