Anthony Everett is a pretty wired guy. But can he survive in the most technologically advanced city in the world?

He’s in Seoul, home to Samsung, SK Telecom, and other electronics companies, where he can see innovation at work in a consumer testing lab, get his hands on the latest in mobile phones, and try to find out why Koreans are so much more advanced in digital thinking.

Plus, he finds another Big Dig project, complete with a greenway of its own, and discovers how one smart card is the key to creating a healthier nation. And he meets a filmmaker trying to turn Seoul into a sci-fi city.
