Utah State added to its lead early in the second quarter behind an eight-yard touchdown pas from Borel to Eric Moats.

It took Nevada less than two minutes to counter, as Kaepernick tossed an 11- yard scoring strike to Lippincott.

The Aggies, however, responded just minutes later with a 32-yard touchdown pass from Borel to Turbin.

Late in the first half, Kaepernick threw a 44-yard touchdown pass to Virgil Green to pull the Wolf Pack within a touchdown heading into the break.

Chris Ulinski hit a 48-yard field goal early in the third quarter to give Utah State a 24-14 edge.

With just under two minutes left in the third quarter, Taua went in from five yards to make it a one-touchdown game.

Nevada took its first lead of the game with nine minutes left, as Brandon Wimberly pulled in a 49-yard touchdown pass from Kaepernick.

Five minutes later, the Wolf Pack pushed its lead to 35-24 with a 69-yard touchdown run by Lippincott.

The Aggies got a 14-yard touchdown pass from Borel to Gwacham and a two-point conversion late in the fourth, but would get no closer in the 35-32 loss.
