BOSTON -- A 16-year-old boy was shot to death Tuesday night in Dorchester, police said.

Carlos Sierra, of Dorchester, was shot 13 times near 16 Strathcona Rd. at about 10:40 p.m. He was taken to Boston Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators are interested in speaking to the occupants of a gray or dark green Honda with tinted windows that is believed to have been in the area at the time of the shooting.
