BOSTON -- An Arizona woman said she gave birth without knowing she was pregnant and apparently her doctors didn't know either.

Over the last nine months, Dawn Pannell said she felt a little depressed.

She had just lost her job and said she'd gained a few pounds. But Friday, she ran to the bathroom in excruciating pain.

At first, she said, she blamed her chiropractor because she'd seen him that morning. But before she knew it, she delivered a healthy baby girl into her toilet. She and her husband were shocked.

Pannell said she was told by an obstetrician-gynecologist 16 years ago that she couldn't have children.

Both mother and baby were doing just fine Tuesday morning.
